Kyle Lierman is the CEO of Civic Nation, a nonprofit, non-partisan ecosystem for high-impact organizing and education initiatives working to build a more inclusive and equitable America. These include When We All Vote, Change Collective, End Rape on Campus, ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge, It’s On Us, United State of Women, and We The Action.

He has spent his career launching and leading organizations that engage communities in the fight to make the world a better place. He joined Civic Nation after helping found Michelle Obama’s democracy initiative, When We All Vote, in 2018 and subsequently serving as its first CEO. Prior to this, he spent six years working in the Obama White House, during which time he launched and led the It’s On Us sexual assault prevention campaign that focuses on engaging men in education and prevention efforts. He spearheaded several other successful public/private partnership efforts as well, including Michelle Obama’s higher education-focused Better Make Room campaign and Dr. Biden's College Promise campaign.

In his role as Senior Associate Director of Public Engagement and as Senior Policy Advisor in the White House, Kyle managed the White House's relationships with the sports world, young Americans, and education leaders.
