Kelley McCormick is a senior-level communications executive who has successfully orchestrated complex campaigns for numerous corporate and non-profit organizations. With more than 20 years of high-level strategic experience in corporate affairs, brand management, and public policy initiatives, she has created meaningful social and cultural change across a number of industries and issues.

At Under Armour, Kelley became the company’s first Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Communications. She established the global communications function within the organization and launched new campaigns and navigated a number of challenges faced by many corporations. Prior to Under Armour, Kelley was a long-time consultant in Washington, DC at a number of prestigious firms such as SKDKnickerbocker.

In 2020, she founded Original Strategies with Deb Eschmeyer and Joanna Rosholm, a female-founded strategic communications and public affairs agency that advises CEOs, founders, and leaders.

Kelley is long-time supporter of Running Start, a nonpartisan organization that trains young women to run for political office. She resides in Maryland with her husband and three sons.
