General Stanley McChrystal, Co-Chair of More Perfect, testified in support of Governor Wes Moore’s Maryland Corps on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, a week after Governor Moore shared his vision for the Maryland Corps at the “It’s Our Democracy Summit.”   General McChrystal stated in his testimony, “The experience of service to others, to your community, and to your nation, builds a sense of responsible citizenship. We owe our rising generations the opportunity of service to grow as Americans.”
